We are so excited for the release of our Reflection Journal because we think it will have a positive impact on a lot of people! We took what we love about journaling and simplified it into an easy to use journal designed to help anyone start and maintain a journaling and gratitude practice.
This journal will help you connect with your feelings, gratitudes, and desires to feel better, become more self-aware, and cultivate more gratitude in your life. It contains 12-weeks of journaling pages and can be used at any time of the day.

When first starting out, challenge yourself to journal everyday for one week (set a reminder in your calendar if you need to). This will help you get into the practice of journaling. Set aside a few minutes (try 3 - 5 minutes and go from there) at a time that works best for you - over coffee in the morning, during lunch, or right before bed. You can write in complete sentences, stream-of-consciousness or in bullets for each prompt - do what feels best for you so that it will be easier to stay consistent.
