How to Use

This self-care journal can be completed in about 5-minutes and can be used at any time of day. You have the flexiliby to write in sentences or use bullet points (there are 5 lines/section).

Thoughts & Feelings

Write out your feelings in the moment or in relation to an event, reflect on the day (if you journal in the evening), write an intention for the day (if you journal in the morning), write out your fears and anxieties to help release them.

Thankful & Grateful

Express your gratitude - big and small! Try to list at least 3 things. It's ok if the same things show up on your list regularly!

For orders $35+, we offer complimentary shipping via USPS First Class Mail with tracking (allow 5 - 8 business days). For orders less than $35, we offer flat-rate shipping with with tracking for $4.99 (allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery). We also offer expedited shipping with USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS at the normal carrier rates.

"I designed this journal for anyone who has an interest in journaling for self-care and mental well-being but doesn't know how to start; or for anyone who’s tried to journal in the past but had trouble keeping up with it (like I used to!)

Other journals felt overcomplicated or uninspiring - so I decided to create my own!

Journaling consistently has significantly improved my life - it's helped calm my running mind, improve my mindset, gain a deeper sense of self, and feel more fulfilled in life.

It's also helped me process my emotions through some of my most challenging times - postpartum depression after the birth of my first, mothering through the pandemic and then rediscovering myself post-motherhood.

Does journaling really work?!

We think so - and we are are proof that it does! But like most things in life, consistency is key when it comes to results - which is why we designed our Anytime Reflection Journal to be quick and easy-to-use!

How do I start a journaling practice?

The most important part of starting is choosing a time that will work for you, the majority of days.

Our journals are designed to be used at any time of day - you don't need a lot of time but you do need a commitment and desire. When first starting out, challenge yourself to journal everyday for one week (set a reminder in your calendar if you need to). This will help you get into the practice of journaling.

You can write in complete sentences, stream-of-consciousness or in bullets for each prompt - do what feels best for you so that it will be easier to stay consistent.

How often should I journal?

Consistency is key when it comes to journaling (or anything, for that matter). The more consistent you are with journaling, the more lasting benefits you'll experience! We recommend journaling at least 4 times per week on average.

I'm nervous to write down my thoughts in my journal. What if someone reads it?

We're big believers in getting all that's in your head - out! In our experience, that's how you'll experience the most benefits of journaling. 

Do what you need to do in order to achieve this - is it writing in your journal and then immediately tearing out and discarding the page? Or maybe storing it out of reach/sight of others or writing ilegilbly just to get the thoughts flowing. You do you!

What do I do when I'm done with my journal?

This is very much a personal preference. Some people like to keep their journals as a keepsake or for reflection, while others discard their journals when they're done. 

If you'd like to discard your journal, the interior pages of your journal can be recycled - if you'd like, you can tear out and shred the interior pages before recycling.

Great for newbies and experienced journalers alike

I’ve always liked the idea of journaling, but could never get around to actually doing it. My sister-in-law is an avid journaler, and encouraged me to find a journal with prompts to get me started. I found the Bliss’d journal and ordered two (one for me, one for SIL). I’ve been extremely happy with it - the prompts are really helpful, and it’s beautifully designed. It’s a pretty slim journal, which I LOVE, because it feels like something I’ll actually complete. The idea of filling multiple journals makes me feel like an old-timey English novelist, which I love. I think I’ll stick with the practice, and will definitely re-order this journal when I finish my first one!
