Time to Reflect is an effective five-minute gratitude journal to explore your thoughts, gratitudes and excitements. It can be used at any time of day and we recommend journaling at least three times per week to achieve the best results.

Why Gua Sha?

Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese massage practice used for energy flow and blood circulation to improve circulation and promote lymphatic drainage. Rose Quartz is naturally cooling and feels refreshing when used.

How To Use Your Gua Sha

We recommend using this self care tool with an oil or serum to help the Gua Sha glide and avoid pulling at the skin. Gently scrape against your skin, focusing on tension areas such as your jawline and forehead.

Use the top part (the three points) of the Gua Sha and sweep in upward motions. Use the long, flat side to massage your neck or throat in downward motions with your favorite massage cream.

We recommend using this tool as part of your daily self-care routine!

How To Clean Your Gua Sha

After each use, simply rinse with warm water and lay flat to dry on a towel.

Once a week, rinse with warm water and soap of choice (we use a drop of face wash) and lay flat to dry on a towel.

For a deep clean of the tool (suggested at least once a month), fill a bowl with warm water, a drop of soap of choice, and a dash of salt, and soak the Gua Sha for up to one hour.

Approximately 2 inches by 4 inches. As with all natural stones and crystals, please expect some slight variation in color. Comes in a cloth storage bag with usage card.

For orders $30+, we offer complimentary shipping via USPS First Class Mail with tracking (allow 5 - 8 business days). For orders less than $30, we offer flat-rate shipping with with tracking for $5.99 (allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery). We also offer expedited shipping with USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS at the normal carrier rates.
