How to Use
Aim to use this journal 3+ days per week to experience the benefits of journaling. It can be used at any time of day; some common times to journal are first thing in the morning or at night.
Each journaling page has three sections to work through, along with suggestions on how to use each section and prompt ideas.

We process and ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it. If there are any shipping delays due to high volume, we will notify you to let you know.
For orders $30+, we offer complimentary shipping via USPS First Class Mail with tracking (allow 5 - 8 business days). For orders less than $30, we offer flat-rate shipping with with tracking for $5.99 (allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery). We also offer expedited shipping with USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS at the normal carrier rates.

These journals are SO well done. I LOVE the quality, color and touch and feel of the journals themselves - but it are the questions within the journals that have the potential to profoundly change your life. It's been a few weeks since I started using my journal and I can't tell you how much of a difference it has made in my life. I consider myself an experienced journaler but since the pandemic, I just hadn't been able to get back into it. There are so many great journals out there but I was looking for something simple that wasn't overwhelming or time-consuming. I wanted something simple that I could actually stick to!
Since using it just a few times a week, I feel so much more grounded, less stressed, and optimistic about my life. I love it so much that I gifted it to my mom, sister, and even some of my entrepreneur friends! I like this journal! It does what it says - it's easy, quick and helping me get into the habit of journaling. I'm using 3 - 4 times/week and it's becoming something I enjoy and look forward to. I like the quotes on each page and that there are questions at the end to reflect on. I recommend!
