How to Use
This journal can be completed in about 5-minutes and can be used at any time of day. You have the flexiliby to write in sentences or use bullet points (there are 5 lines/section).
Thoughts & Feelings
Write out your feelings in the moment or in relation to an event, reflect on the day (if you journal in the evening), write an intention for the day (if you journal in the morning), write out your fears and anxieties to help release them.
Thankful & Grateful
Express your gratitude - big and small! Try to list at least 3 things. It's ok if the same things show up on your list regularly!
End with a positive and elevate those vibes! What are you looking forward to or feeling excited about? It can be big or small, something planned or something that you're working towards.

It's been a few weeks since I started using my journal and I can't tell you how much of a difference it has made in my life. I consider myself an experienced journaler but since the pandemic, I just hadn't been able to get back into it. There are so many great journals out there but I was looking for something simple that wasn't overwhelming or time-consuming. I wanted something simple that I could actually stick to!

I like this journal! It does what it says - it's easy, quick and helping me get into the habit of journaling. I'm using 3 - 4 times/week and it's becoming something I enjoy and look forward to. I like the quotes on each page and that there are questions at the end to reflect on. I recommend!
