Unlike other journals with rigid timeframes, choose a time that's convenient for you! This journal works morning, noon, or night. We know your schedule is constantly changing so we encourage flexibility in your journaling practice.

"I designed this journal with the woman who lives a full life in mind, as an easy-to-use, quick and effective gratitude journal.
The format of this journal is based off the exact format I used to help me start - and maintain - my journaling practice. It's laid out in an intentional way to work through thoughts and feelings first before moving onto your gratitudes and excitements (let's end on an uplifting note, shall we?!).
Regular journaling has significantly improved my life - it's helped calm my running mind and experience less anxiety, contributed to my improved mindset, helped me gain a deeper sense of self (especially post kids!), and generally feel more grateful and fulfilled in life.
